Mr. Armeneau has been involved in real estate development for over 39 years, and in the seniors’ industry specifically for over 17 years. Prior to his experience in the seniors’ housing and care industry, Mr. Armeneau was the Vice President of a company that developed over 50 commercial real estate projects in an 11-year period. Mr. Armeneau’s experience in the seniors’ industry was primarily as the Senior Vice President of Masterpiece Inc., a rapidly-growing seniors' housing and care provider. From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Armeneau was contracted by Masterpiece to be responsible for the design, development, and construction of over 1,200 seniors’ housing suites in six residences - consisting of  937 Supportive Living suites, 182 Assisted Living suites, 80 Dementia Care suites, and 50 Long Term Care suites. In 2009, Masterpiece was recognized by Canadian Business Magazine, on their Profit 100 List, as the fourth-fastest-growing company in Canada. Mr. Armeneau left Masterpiece in 2009 to form Altiveris Developments and Altiveris Construction with Mr. Mark Colbeck (see Construction Management page). Since 2011, Mr. Armeneau has been working with Mr. Colbeck on the design, development and pre-construction planning for a new seniors residence in Courtenay, British Columbia.
